Bruno Senna in 2012 for Williams at the start. A decision that surprised.
Williams in 2012 with Pastor Maldonado and Bruno Senna at the start. A little surprise, but had in recent weeks on Sutil and Barrichello set for the second cockpit. Apparently there were other reasons why one picks up Senna back. After the worst season ever for Williams, had already begun in the mid of the year with a complete reorganization of the team and structure in different areas and well finished. A restructuring within a firm is never really function smoothly and certainly not when the entire development department has been filled. Because you really need at least one driver who is experienced enough to drive the development during the season ahead. Both Sutil and Barrichello could afford. But the money to Williams forced another decision.
End of 2011, jumped from the title sponsor AT & T, which was not so surprising. Rather, the fact that Williams failed to find a replacement. This year it looks as if the road without Williams title sponsor must be what has happened not long. Bruno Senna does, however, like Pastor Maldonado, with a lot of money. Basically, Williams's 2012 traveling with two non-pay-drivers, although not bad, but have not shown that they can reach top 5 level.
Bruno Senna is obviously not the talent of his uncle, but his use of the Renault was the last race of 2011 is not so bad when you consider that the car was rather a crutch. His seventh place in the qualification of Spa was certainly a highlight, but it was also the only one.
It is quite clear that Williams, after the miserable year 2011 can not immediately go to the top. We can see Red Bull, Ferrari, Mercedes and McLaren, which have considerably more resources. The aim of Williams will be to regularly finish in the points, the main opponent should represent Renault, Sauber and Force India. Within this package you must have to enforce what will not be easy in view of the driving skills of the competitors. Di Resta, Hulkenberg, Grosjean, Raikkonen, Kobayashi and Perez - these are all names that are at first more trusts, as Senna and Maldonado.
Nevertheless, the decision must be bad not to Williams. Both pilots know the midfield well, in 2012 for Williams, at best, one way or another was a transitional year. 2013, when the new engines and aero rules, will come much more exciting for a small team like Williams. For this we need this year, but creating the structures and are mainly in the team rather than the drivers.
It is dangerous only if both fail completely and do not manage to get into the points. Because no new sponsors come, what is bad for the further development of the team.

Williams is very good at the end. I think nothing at all of Senna, big name sponsors and a lot of talent in the (very) lower average. As with the two drivers at all development should be possible is a good question.
And Sutil has invested well in the pub with the wrong person and is now hard to "out".
What will the F1 career of Rubens Barrichello had finished.
