So completely not true. Even if you have reserved. or in Germany, a GmbH must always be grounded liable for anything. The technical term for this is called Durchdringungshaftung.
After all, what brings you a GmbH or Ltd.. without money. The first time you get credit so only against personal liability for the sum. For all other loans, then the LLC or Ltd.. Liable but just not at first.
Can anything really be derived from the somewhat odd shaped logo? Why is "BR" stylistically separated by "AWN", to hide any shortcuts?
